About This Course

his course introduces the learner to configurable features in Salesforce and how to navigate around the configuration pane for Salesforce Administration. This course will explain on how to manage users and deal with login issues as well as how to configure security model for data and Salesforce features. The learner will learn how to import or export data using data migration tools and build reports and dashboards.

By end of this module, the learner will be able to set up Sales Administration Activities and Integration with Outlook or Gmail or Google Drive This course is equivalent to the following SalesForce certification course together:

    • Salesforce Proficiency Pack for Administrators (SPPA)

The learners should perform E-learning and Lab Exercises for each of the Instructional Units with online support. The learner will also attend flipped class sessions conducted by Instructors. Subsequently, the learner shall perform a modular project with the guidance of an Industry expert who acts as a Project Mentor.
